- Tourist inquiries can be sent via text message. They will be answered within 24 hours.
- The service is available in the same opening hours as the on-site service: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturdays 10am to 7pm and Sundays and holidays 10am to 2pm. July, August and September: Monday to Sunday: 9.30am to 6.30pm.
- The service is available in 5 languages: Spanish, Basque, English and French.
- Via WhatsApp, visitors can access the online sale of guided tours organised by the Tourist Office.

To protect the privacy of those who use the tourist information service via WhatsApp, the Tourist Office will not store the contacts of the users and, therefore, the data will not be used for any other purpose than to attend tourist inquiries via WhatsApp.
Those who use the WhatsApp service give their explicit consent to receive a response to their query.
The Tourist Office will not send information on its own initiative. No telephone calls will be answered at this number.
