Event management companies have two rooms (of around 50m2) that can be used for technical secretariat purposes. Both are equipped with desktop computers, Internet connection, and CCTV to be able to visualise and record what is going on in other rooms.
There is also a business corner, with 6 computers connected to the Internet and a shared printer.
