This multipurpose space located on the building's top floor can be divided into two separate rooms by a panel. It can seat 60 people in a theatre layout or 25 in a classroom layout.

The name Sorginetxe comes from the combination of "sorgina" and "etxea" (witch and house) and means "the house of the witches".
It's one of the best-preserved megalithic monuments in the Basque Country and dates from 2500 AC. It was discovered in 1831 and excavated by Julián Apraiz in 1890. It's located in the town of Arrízala, in the municipality of Salvatierra-Agurain.
