The vital routes enable visitors to Salburua to become familiar, in an easy and attractive manner, with the park's flora and fauna. These are routes around Arcaute, Betoño, Larregana and Duranzarra lagoons where visitors may enjoy the natural wealth of the site.
There are four routes, each of which has been given a colour: green for botany, blue for birds, white for invertebrates and yellow for amphibians and reptiles.
These are self-guided tours. In order to make the visits easier, panels with explanations of the routes have been installed at the entrance to the park, near Ataria. Inside the park, there are also other panels with more specific information located a various points of the pedestrian path.
