Welcome office for the new residents of Vitoria-Gasteiz

Oficina de acogida

Just arrived in the city and don't know where to start? We are here to guide you.

The Welcome Office is a free municipal information and reception service for new arrivals in the city.

It is a close space where we listen to your needs and guide you about services and resources that you may need in the first months.

We want to support you so that you can exercise your right to the city: live it, participate in it and contribute to build it under equal conditions.

What do we offer you?

  • Personalised attention to help you get started, get to know and get around the city.
  • Up-to-date information on resources and community spaces, public services and necessary administrative procedures.
  • Meetings and workshops on topics of interest: learning official languages, cultural cues, access to different resources, etc.

Where can we meet?

The attention will be essentially face-to-face, without prior appointment, to offer close, friendly and personalized treatment. Thus, even if a contact telephone and a specific e-mail address are also available, these will be secondary channels of communication.
