Farmhouse of Olarizu

This house, used formally for farming, today represents one of the main environmental installations of the Green Belt of Vitoria-Gasteiz and its main information point. In addition to housing the technical offices of the Environmental Studies Centre, it has several rooms and installations open to the public.

Casa de la Dehesa

It has several lecture rooms and workshops in which training courses and programmes are conducted, a large exhibition hall which is the venue for a varyied programme of exhibitions on ecology and the environment, a multipurpose room in which talks and lectures are given and where technical seminars are held, as well as an Environmental Information and Documentation Centre with extensive information and technical documentation on environmental issues.

The building also has solar panels installed on its roof, allowing the use of renewable energies and enabling the building to be used for demonstrating the use of this system of energy.

These facilities make this building the ideal venue for the Centre's varied programme of educational and training activities.
