Quería solicitar información sobre qué es/en que consiste el "programa Vitoria-Gasteiz Ciudad Laboratorio" .
En toda la página del ayuntamiento no existe nada al respecto y considero que los ciudadanos debemos poder saber que ocurre y como evoluciona su ciudad.
Únicamente se hace referencia en la siguiente noticia
"La empresa Geotech desarrollará este proyecto en el marco del programa ‘Vitoria-Gasteiz Ciudad Laboratorio’"
