ayer llamé unas 50 veces al Centro Cívico Iparralde, y nadie coge el teléfono. ¿Me pueden explicar por favor el porqué?
Es imposible que en TODA la mañana no haya ni un minuto para coger el teléfono. Se silencian los teléfonos y se deja a los ciudadanos a su suerte.
