Los canales para realizar el pago de un recibo son los siguientes:
1. A través de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Vitoria-Gasteiz . Trámite: Pago electrónico
2. En las oficinas de Kutxabank, Laboral kutxa, Abanca, Caixabank, Caja Rural de Navarra y Banco Santander, en el horario establecido por las propias entidades financieras.
3. De manera presencial, previa solicitud de cita al 010: en las oficinas de atención ciudadana de los centros cívicos, en las oficinas técnicas de San Martín y en la oficina de atención ciudadana de San Antonio, con tarjeta de crédito.
