Supongo que aquellos establecimientos que tienen una actividad hostelera pagan su tasa de basura e incluso dispondrán de contenedores para echarla. Entonces por qué el responsable del restaurante “donde beto” situado en la calle atrapadura acude con su furgoneta y deposita bolsas y bolsas de residuos en los contenedores situados en Gamarra mayor? Visto con mis ojitos y de manera recurrente.
