La factoría de Michelin lleva toda la noche emitiendo ruidos desde una chimenea o similar que expulsa vapor de agua. Los he medido desde mi casa en Abetxuko y son muy superiores a los permitidos en horario nocturno. Es una situación que se repite periódicamente.
