¿Por qué no hay una opción para el aparcamiento (tasa especial por ejemplo) del que tenga una vivienda en Vitoria y acude de vez en cuando?
Estoy seguros que los que lleváis el tema tendréis padres-

Para el que acude de vez en cuándo existe una tasa especial se llama ticket OTA.
