Con motivo del Congreso actual internacional quiero manifestar mi queja por el vallado colocado en el lateral del Palacio de Congresos Europa. Parece un vallado de obras, muy poco acorde con lateral imagen que debería haber proyectado Vitoria-Gasteiz. Muy mala imagen.
