En Paseo de la Zumaquera 52, 3 piso es del ayuntamiento y al estar vacío las palomas se han hecho con el y está lleno de excrementos sobre todo la terraza. Ocasionando un riesgo para la salud de los vecinos.
A falta de pisos el ayuntamiento lo podría limpiar y ofrecer a alquilar social.
