Council WiFi service
The City Council of Vitoria-Gasteiz provides public Internet access services via WiFi wireless technology via the standard 802.11b/g/a.
To sign up for the service, you will need a Personal I.D. Card.
You may sign up for the service purchasing a pass.

The rates (including VAT) are:
- 4 hour connection valid for one month - 2 €
- 1 day connection - 4 €
- 1 month connection - 12 €
- 3 month connection - 25 €
Payment is made via the access portal itself by using credit card or by downloading the receipt and making the payment at a bank.
However, access to the contents of the municipal Internet services (City Council of Vitoria-Gasteiz and all its autonomous bodies and public companies) is free of charge via all Wifi services of Vitoria-Gasteiz, which is authorised by the CMT (Telecommunications Market Commission) as a policy aimed at promoting the Development of the Information Society on a local level.
