The Conferences and Tourism service of the Town Hall of Vitoria-Gasteiz belongs
to the Economic Promotion Department of the Town Hall of Vitoria-Gasteiz. One
of the responsibilities of this Service is to develop an information policy
for the tourism sector and to provide additional services to ensure that tourists
enjoy a pleasant stay in this city.
More specifically, our duties include:
-Management of the Palacio Villa Suso and Palacio Europa conference centres.
-Continuous coordination both in the days
leading up to and during the conference.
-Reserving and renting conference space.
-Adapting our installations to the customer’s
needs.
-Customer service during events.
-Personal technical service.
-Advice on how to improve the organisation
of events.
-Tourist information for delegates.
-Distribution among delegates of tourist information
on the city.
-Studies of conference activity in the city.
-Sending of information on conference activity
to companies in this sector.
-Distribution of new conference material on Vitoria-Gasteiz aimed at the professional sector.
