04/12/06 - A pair of storks have nested in the lake of Arcaute

In 2002 technicians of the CEA built an artificial nest on a dead tree in the lake of Arcaute, in Salburua, to try and attract one of the white stork pairs that fly around the zone. It seems that this year these beautiful birds have decided to reproduce in the park.

They ca be watched very easy from the "Las Zumas" observatory.
