Index Anillo Verde de Vitoria-Gasteiz

The creation of a new periurban park and walkway which links the forest of Armentia with the Olarizu park will, in the future, extend the Green Belt to the south. The future Lasarte park is located in an extensive rural area halfway between the city and the Mountains of Vitoria, and is one of the best-conserved, less exploited areas of the municipality and a major feature of its landscape.

The future Lasarte park is located around a number of all gravel pits which have fallen into disuse, and their transformation will provide an extensive area for recreational activities.
